Action Learning Sets
We facilitate Action Learning Sets of 4 to 6 people over 6 to 12 months. They are intentional and dynamic environments for participants to raise difficult questions, discuss sensitive issues, engage in reflective learning and create an agenda for any relevant input required to meet their identified learning priorities.

Breakthrough - National Training Award Winner
A 12 month long performance development programme for anyone wanting to be more successful in their career or job or hobby or life generally. Participants come to recognise that their future is in their own hands, change is possible, and moreover, they have the ability to bring about the necessary change. Participants improve their goal setting skills and increase their ability to work towards the achievement of their goals no matter what they encounter along the way.
Coaching
Linbert Spencer Consultancy provides coaching to help clients to be, have or do more by enabling them to clarify their personal and professional goals, and/or discover what they need to do to achieve their goals and/or commit to action, and/or become who they want to be. The client may have specific goals that they want the coach to help them achieve or particular issues that they want help to resolve, or resolve more quickly.

Coaching Workshops
One day workshops for managers to increase their understanding of coaching; enable them to distinguish coaching from other interventions - mentoring, counselling etc., and to build coaching into their day to day management practice.
Diversity and Inclusion Seminars
P = (K+S+J) x (AxT) and T = (B+C) Our diversity and inclusion seminars are about the effective performance of an organisation and its diverse workforce and they unpack the above equations. The starting point for organisations is to recognise the value of, and then actively seek to benefit from the diversity of their staff team.
LDP: Leaders' Development Programme
A unique development programme for managers, tailored to the client organisation's needs. LDP enables managers to manage themselves better, be more effective enablers of their teams, strengthens them to cope with the pressures of leadership and to be more effective contributors to corporate goals. LDP is 6 months long and consists of 6x2 day seminars facilitated by Linbert Spencer Consultancy Associates and a half-day workshop. Previous workshops have been given by Charles Handy and Edward de Bono. The seminars feature high quality guest speakers, distinguished as managers, leaders or 'future thinkers.'
Leadership Skills Seminar
As a result of this seminar participants have:- A greater insight into the nature of leadership
- Identified specific changes they want to make in/to their lives regarding who they are as a leader
- Identified a number of tools, mechanisms or behaviours that could help them to achieve any change.
Managing Inclusion
